I never looked at that old stuff here anymore so I just dumped the site completely (10/2008).
I am teaching myself a little about Paint.NET (can't afford that other thing) and needed a place to put the finished ideas so here they are for your viewing pleasure also - as you seemed to stumble over here some how. They are low-res images to start but the concept is there, it is amazing what you can learn by reading the entire help file and then just trying things out.
The first series was not planned but did beg for some thematic arrangement so we start with "PDN Series A: Hanging With..."
I entitled this "Hanging with The King (he just left the building)". Think about it for a minute...
This one is "Hanging with Toto". Toto you may recall, is the four-legged dog from the "Wizard of Oz".
From vacation this year" "Hanging With the new Yardmasters". I swtched from using PAINT to using something called GIMP which is also free but has features more closely resembling that other program that costs a lot. I recommend it heartily also.
